Description
1. Assist the HR and Administration Manager in the formation and review of HR and employment strategies, policies and procedures throughout the organization;
2. Help in ensuring that human resources are used efficiently and effectively;
3. Assist in the development of best practices and processes in the HR function across the organization to ensure that they are consistently applied;
4. Provide advice to the HR and Administration Manager on matters of governance in services funded by the organization, focused on customer service, complaint handling, customer feedback and record keeping;
5. Provide support for manpower planning, recruitment and selection processes;
6. Assist in the identification and analyses of staff training, development and career support needs;
7. Assist in developing, implementing, maintaining and reviewing company policies and internal rules and regulations;
8. Handle special projects such as research, enquiries, sourcing, purchasing or any administrative activity required by the HR and Administration Manager;
9. Help in finding training and development programs/courses to maintain and improve employee performance;
10. Be present at conferences and seminars as required;
11. Develop and recommend plans and activities to improve on the current HR and administration processes.Skills:
• Any Bachelors degree with minimum 3 years of experience in HR and administration;
• Sound implementation and end-user knowledge in SAP HCM module; Certification in SAP from AG Germany is not required .We are looking for a HR professional and not a consultant to join our HR team;
• Knowledge of computer applications as they apply to job responsibilities;
• Communication and negotiation skills;
• Effective skills in oral and written communication both in English;
• Results and people oriented;
• Ability to analyze, interpret and use data in decision making;
• Ability to win employee confidence, build strong relationships and handle problems effectively;
• Ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, mature and flexible;
• Good reasoning and sound judgment
